WHY YOU SHOULD WASH YOUR HAIR WITH APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

If you have curly, thick or long hair, combine ½ cup of apple cider vinegar and 1 quart of warm water
For chemically straightened or treated hair you should combine ½ cup of apple cider vinegar and 2 cups of warm water
How Often You Should Use The Treatment?
For straight, fine, thin or short hair it is recommended to use once a week
If you have wave, curly, thick or long hair, use once every 2 weeks
For chemically straighten or treated hair you should use once a month
Naturally kinky or thick hair it is enough to use it once every 6 – 8 weeks
