Acanthosis Nigricans is a skin condition characterized
by the dark skin in your groin area and in between your legs. It mainly occurs
in people with dark skin and obese people. Although it may not seem dangerous,
it can be a sign of serious diseases.
The scientists
don’t know what causes the dark skin around these areas but they state that it
mainly occurs in people that are diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and obese
people. Rarely, Acanthosis Nigricans can be a warning sign of a tumor, hormonal
imbalance and genetic factor.
SYMPTOMS
The
disease can affect any area on your body, not only your pubic and groin area.
The skin turns brown, and is softer and thicker than usual. It’s not painful,
but it can sometimes cause irritation and itching.

Lighten the Dark Skin in Your Pubic Area and Between Legs Naturally
1. Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera can help you whiten your skin and decrease
discolored skin spots. Aloe is also extremely rich in cancer prevention agents
and it contains many compounds that can repair skin cells. Apply some Aloe Vera
gel on the darkened area and leave it on for 20 minutes. Wash area with water
afterwards. Do this every day.
2. Baking Soda
Baking
soda will rinse your skin and reduce the dark spots. Just mix 1 part water and
3 parts baking soda to create a thick paste. Apply the mixture on the affected
area, leave it to dry and then wash it off. Do this twice a week.
3. Lemon
Lemon is
packed with vitamin C. It can help you eliminate dead skin cells and even your
skin tone. Apply lemon juice on the affected area and run it in for a few
minutes. Leave it on for 20 minutes and then wash it off with some water.
Cucumber
has amazing lightening properties. Mix some cucumber juice, lime juice and a
pinch of turmeric. Apply the mixture on the affected area.
You can
also cut a cucumber and rub it directly on the affected area. You can do this every day.
